Store information] -Tabelog genre: Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), curry, Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)- Opened on September 25, 2009 - Authentic yakitori restaurant that pays close attention to the ingredients and heat level - Business hours: 11:30-14: 00 17:00-23:00 ・Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays ・Number of seats 23 seats [b:3． Crowd status on the day and atmosphere of the store] ・When I visited the store around 13:25 on a weekday, there was only one customer before me and no customers after me ・It felt like it had been used, but the atmosphere was calm [b:4． Customer service] ・According to the manual [b:5. [Ordered items] [b:■Special chicken curry (small serving) 800 yen] It was my third meal that day, so I ordered the above item (-_-;) It arrived on the plate in about 13 to 4 minutes after ordering. So, it seems like they are not just serving something that has been stewed... (#^.^#) The onions are slowly stir-fried for 6 hours without adding a drop of water, and the onions are mixed with an original blend of spices. Curry made only with yogurt and tomatoes! The chicken is very soft, and I guess they add it to the finished roux by cooking it at just the right temperature (●＾o＾●) It's not that spicy, but it has a refreshing taste. The delicious ``chicken curry'' is no wonder why some regulars enjoy it as a finishing touch after drinking alcohol. [b:■Tomato salad 150 yen] I ordered this to make up for the lack of vegetables, but the sweet tomatoes and the restaurant's original dressing are the perfect match and delicious!
