■天然ブリ べっこう丼 900円
1年ほど前に訪店を試みたお店ですが、その時は売り切れで
入店出来ませんでしたので、その時頼むつもりだったが
上記商品を発注させて頂きました (^▽^;)
オーダーから10分程で、着盆でありまする～♬
伊豆大島の郷土料理である「べっこう丼」は、島唐辛子の辛みが
ピリッと効いているのが特徴ですが、提供品に辛さは殆ど無し！
10分で漬けられたブリは漬け具合も良好で、美味しいです(^.^)
とろろ昆布が具材のお味噌汁はアツアツ状態でしたし、小鉢の
厚揚げの煮物も温かい状態での提供で、定食としても◎の商品ですね♡
