アットホームで隠れ家的なフレンチビストロ。
季節の食材を活かしてメニューがコロコロ変わるので、飽きることのないお店です。
店主は陽気な方でサービス精神旺盛でまた行きたくなる、、、いや、実家のように帰りたくなるような雰囲気です。
ワインが美味しく飲めるようなメニュー構成で、アンチョビポテトや牡蠣のボイルは今日の出来事を全て忘れさせてしまうほどの効力があります。

1人でサクッと飲んで帰るのもありです。

今回は、1つ1つがドンッと大きな牡蠣をまとめてボイルし、バケツの中が空になるまでワインを飲み続けれました。ボイルすることで、口当たりが柔らかく、弾力をより感じることができます。ぷりっぷりの濃厚な部分と縁の噛みごたえがある部分とのコントラストが良かったです。
