I've been to the main store in Ginza many times, but I couldn't get a reservation, so this was my first time visiting the Ningyocho store. It was difficult to get orders for first drinks, and I felt like I was in a rush, but apparently there was a staff shortage somewhere at restaurant, and as a result of that, it was like that today. I felt a slight tingling sensation, so I ordered a bottle from the beginning to save time. I quickly ordered the octopus, Oyster, tomatoes, potato salad, and the rare grilled sea urchin that I had ordered at the Ginza branch, and afterward I enjoyed my drinks at a leisurely pace. The taste is the same except for the fact that the tomato cheese is less crunchy than the Ginza store. The taste is the same as usual, so I guess it's possible when the Ginza store is full. The bakers seem to be from the Kansai region, so I guess they are particular about that. I will also try other restaurant.
