東京にきて、しばらく粉物を食べてなく
無性に食べたくなって検索してみたら
こちらのお店がヒット。
地下に下って重たい扉を開くと
暗めの照明に鉄板の前のカウンター
カウンターを照らす照明に
お好み焼きを気軽に食べに来た私は
ちょっとビックリ。いい意味で。
なんか良いとこに来た気分。
惹かれるメニューが沢山で
迷いに迷って頼んだのは
▪️クレソンサラダ 748円
フレッシュで爽やかでとても美味しかった
ほんのりな苦味が大人な味です。
まろやかなドレッシングとも
とても合っていました
▪️焼き胡麻豆腐 638円
胡麻豆腐がこんがりキツネ色になって。
あっつあつでトロトロ。胡麻の甘みに
わさびがピリッとしめてくれて
癖になる美味しさ。やけど覚悟で
熱々をいただきました
▪️トマトのチーズ焼き 968円
美味しくないはずがないですね。
しっかり火を入れ、ジュースが溢れて
くるくらいにトロトロに。そこへ
たっぷりのチーズ、そのチーズも
周りに広がったものはカリカリになって
色んな食感を楽しめる美味しい一品。
▪️お好み焼きMIX 1,320円
何がすごいって、まずは、具の大きさと
その量です。大きなエビやイカを食べやすい
一口サイズに切ったものを混ぜ込んで
焼かれていますが、どこを食べても
必ずエビかイカかが出てきて、ただの豚玉
とは違うなとわかります。
生地自体は、私はもう少しふわふわとろり
が好きかな。ちょっと粉っぽかった。
▪️生うにと焼めしの海苔巻き 1,100円
鉄板でライスをバター醤油で炒め海苔の上に。
そのまた上に豪華に生ウニが乗ったもの。
鉄板焼きのお店ではよくあるメニューだ
そうですが初めて食べました。
贅沢な気分になれるけど、これなら
お寿司のうにを一貫食べたいな、という
感じ。1,100円の一口は高い！
ワインも豊富で一味違うお好み焼き体験と
なりました。
