日本橋浜町の路地裏にある、料亭のような佇まいの日本料理のお店。
平成25年9月にオープンしており、大将の藤田さんは東京・大阪の料亭などで経験を積まれた方のようです。

■メニュー
ランチメニューはお刺身御膳、日替わり御膳の2種類のみ。
どちらもご飯お代わり自由で、1,000円という価格設定になります。
この日の日替わりは、ぶり大根のようでした。
悩んだ挙句、お刺身御膳をオーダーしました。
■感想
オーダーから待つことおよそ6,7分ほど、見た目も綺麗なお刺身御膳が運ばれてきました。
小鉢2皿とお刺身6種が美しく盛り付けられており、色とりどりなビジュアルとなっています。
お刺身の中でも特に美味しかったのはサーモン。
肉厚にカットされたサーモンは脂がとてもよく乗っており、甘みがしっかりとあります。
ご飯にとてもよく合いました。
人形町・浜町界隈にはボリュームたっぷりのお刺身定食が食べられる名店が数多くあるので、ある意味違う路線で戦っていかれている印象を受けました。
内観も日本料理屋さんらしく落ち着いていているので、外食などにも向きそうです。
