町焼肉を拾い上げる活動、継続中。
在宅勤務の昼に、浜町まで行く。11:30過ぎ、すでに満員手前の活況。
着席してメニューを睨むと、〈稀少部分切り落とし定食〉なんていう、お安くいい肉が食べられそうなメニューが視界に入る。数量限定と言いつつ、まだちゃんとあったので、肉1.5倍（税抜1,580円）でオーダー。
さて。
ほどなく来た肉。キメの細かいサシの入った「いい感じ」の肉も盛り込まれており、期待に違わぬ良質な肉を味わえそうだと勝手にテンションが上がる。
実際、美味しい。上を見出せばキリが無い世界だけど、通常のボリュームで1,100円（税抜）、1.5倍で1,580円（同）で食べられる肉の質としてはイイ線行っている気がする。
しかし何だかこう。
焼肉屋の良し悪しって、肉の質とコスパになりがちで、果たしてそれでいいのやらとふと思う。
実際には肉の切り方や味の入れ方、熟成のさせ方みたいな技術が味を決める部分もあるんだろうけれど、仕入れる肉の質を凌駕するものなのだろうか。技術が高い店は、得てしていい肉を仕入れてもいるし。
しかも店が肉を焼かないとなると、焼肉屋における「料理・味」の評価はますます肉の質に寄ってしまう。食べる人自身が「焼き」の出来不出来を決めてしまうから。「良い肉を、安く」食べられることは間違いなく「いい店」の条件の一つだろうけれど、肉を仕入れた段階で勝負がほとんど決まってしまうようなものを、他の料理屋とどう並べて評価したらいいんだろう。
…そんな、めんどくさいことをつい思ってしまった。
ということで、点数は暫定的な付け方なのであまり参考にしないでほしい。あ、でも、元気でハキハキしていて、いちいち気も利く店員のサービス姿勢は好感できたし、コスパは悪くないと思いますよ。
