ずっとBMして気になっていたこちら。だって豚を美味しく食べられるのです。
世の中、牛の専門店、鶏の専門店、羊、馬などよく見ますが、豚一本というのはトンカツ屋さん以外ではなかなか。
やっと伺えたとお席に案内いただいたら、かわいい豚さんがお出迎えしてくれました。
そしてお料理もまた美味。特にやっぱりシャルキュトリー盛り合わせですよね。
デザートも一見重そうでしたが、オカワリしたいほど美味しくペロリでした。
あまり飲めない日の食事だったことだけが悔やまれます。
今度は休みの前の日に伺って、ワインをしっかりいただきたいです！
