ランチで伺いました。決して広くは無いものの、パブの雰囲気が漂う素敵な空間だと思います。限定15食のローストポーク丼を注文。出された瞬間の第一印象は、デカい！！これは肉好きには堪らないボリュームでしょうね。一方で、相応の年齢の方や女性にはちょっと多過ぎるかも。主役のポークは実に艶かしい色合い。ゆっくり時間をかけて熱を通したのかな。とっても綺麗です。肉厚で、それでいて肉質は緻密で柔らかい。一切れが大きいのがまた魅力なんですが、反面ちょっと大き過ぎて食べづらさを感じました。一口サイズに切ったものを盛り付けるとか、少し配慮があると嬉しいです。カリッとしたチップは見た目、味ともに良いアクセントになっていると思います。ソースはすいません。あまり印象に残りませんでした。お肉の素材は良いと思うのですが、ステーキのような爆発力というよりはしっとりと旨味を味わう感じなので、ソースにもう少し力強さが欲しかったです。あと、美味しいんですが、食べ終わった時の感想が、美味しかったよりお腹いっぱいの印象が残ってしまいました。お肉は適量がいいかな。
