2021/12/28 仕事納め。
去年に引き続きコロナ禍で夜の営業がまともにできなかったり、お店は大変だったろうにそんなそぶりを見せず、毎日、格安で最高のランチを提供してくれるスワイクには本当に頭が下がる。
今では月に数回しか出社しない私だが、このお店がなければ出社なんかできない。今の会社も続けられないと本気で思う。
誰もいない会社にわざわざ出社する必要もなかったが、せっかくの1年の締め。「旨いものを飲んで、食べて締め括りたい」という思いから、妻・娘を呼んでスワイクでお食事。
こぼれスパークリングと、波々ワイン２杯に
・フライドポテト スパイシーオーロラソース
・チクワとモッツァレラチーズのフリット
・チーズ入り玉子焼き
・ゴルゴンゾーラチーズソーセージ
・葡萄牛(300g)の炭火焼
・手作りバニラアイス
を頂いた。
娘がいたので、普段は頼まないポテトフライや玉子焼き等のラインナップになったが、これまた絶品。これまで頼んでこなかった自分をぶん殴りたいほどの旨さ。さすがマスター。感服です。
そして、なんと言っても葡萄牛の旨さ。
葡萄の皮とか搾かすを食べてるらしいんだけど、まぁ、旨い。
ソースがフルーティーなのもあるのかもしれないが、ほのかに香る気がする。
焼き加減もゴッドハンド。
バニラアイスも初めてだったけど、ねっとりしててこれもまた美味。
今回、娘のおかげで普段食べれないものを食べれた。私の知らないスワイクというか、底力を感じた。
特にフライドポテトはびっくり。
普段、居酒屋でフライドポテトを頼む奴を馬鹿にしている人（私）にこそ食べて欲しい！！
こんなお店をなくしたら絶対ダメだよ。
中央区、墨田区、文京区、江戸川区の区民必食の店。是非、食べにきた方がいい。
大満足の仕事納め。
