豚の白コロホルモンは過去に何度か食べましたが、
ちょっと臭みがあったり、噛み切れなかったりと、
あまりいい印象が無かったのですが、
こちらの白コロホルモンは美味しいです！
甘じょっぱいタレも好きですが、部位もしっかりコラーゲンがあるのでジューシーです。
個人的にはハラミよりたん元より一番美味しかったです。

いただきました。
霜降りタン元はこれで？というのが正直な意見でした。
ジューシーさと柔らかさのインパクトが弱いかなーと。
あみレバーも、新橋のもつ焼き清水と比較するとクオリティーが・・・
ただ、気軽に入れて呑めるのはいいですね。
