今回いただいたのは10月1日から提供されてて期間延長されてる米粉を使用したさつまいもブリュレパンケーキ
米粉100％の生地はもっちりもちもちで弾力はかなりあります
もっちり系のパンケーキの中でわたしの知る限り1番のもっちもち
トップには濃厚で香ばしく優しい甘さのさつまいものブリュレクリーム
そしてゴマがパラパラと散りばめられてて香ばしい香り付
サイドには今が旬のイチゴにベリー、ナッツ、アーモンドと食感も楽しめます
別添えにはメープルシロップとさっぱりしたヘルシーな豆乳ホイップ付でお好みでパンケーキやイチゴやベリーなどに付けていただきました
うんほんと珍しい生地でした
美味しかったです

米粉100％の生地はもっちりもちもちで弾力はかなりあります
以前にもご紹介いたしましたがもっちり系のパンケーキの中でわたしの知る中で過去1のもっちもち系
トップには優しい甘さのさつまいものクリームは表面がブリュレされてて香ばしさもあります
ホクホクの焼き芋も添えられてます
別添えには甘酸っぱいブルーベリーソースがありこれがさつまいもクリームと合う
小さめですがほんと満腹感得られるパンケーキでした
美味しかったです
