馬喰町や馬喰横山から徒歩1分程度、ホステル的な宿泊施設の1階に入ってるカフェ。
23時まで営業しているので平日の夜ご飯の後に伺いました。
店内はテーブル席が5,6卓並んでいてその奥にソファー席とカウンターが少しあります。
ソファ席にはこの日ここに泊まるような顔をした女性たちが談笑してました。
このタイプだと注文してから席着くパターンかなと思いましたが、席着いて席で注文するスタイルらしい。
グルテンフリーや健康志向なメニューが売りのカフェなので、スイーツは基本ロカボだったりグルテンフリーだったりします。
チャイケーキが食べたいなと思ってましたが今はないっぽかったので杏仁テリーヌと砂糖不使用チョコバナナジュースにしました。
テリーヌは白砂糖不使用、小麦粉も卵も不使用でココナッツオイルとかを使用しているらしい。
個人的にはグルテンフリーとかヴィーガンスイーツとかに特に価値を見出してないのでそれで美味しくなかったら意味ないやんと思うし実際美味しくないところ多いですが、杏仁テリーヌは確かにちょっとその独特さはあるものの妙に癖になる味で美味しかったです。
バナナジュースもちゃんとバナナ由来の甘味があって良かったです。
健康志向だからって無駄に高くもないし夜までやってて空いてるので便利なカフェです。
