馬喰横山のカフェ。
馬喰横山駅から２〜3分の場所にあります。
obi hostelというホステルの1階にあります。
平日の21:00ごろ行き、半分ほどの埋まり。
近隣勤めで仕事終わりの方や宿泊客が多めな印象。
客層見ると、宿泊客は外国人が多そうですね。
奥のカウンターにて着席。
店内は温かみあるウッディーな空間。
いただいたのは以下です。
残念ながら目当てのパンケーキは売り切れ。

✔︎生テリーヌ（800円）
インバウンドを意識しているのか、
グルテンフリーのメニューが大半(°▽°)
デザートも甘味料不使用と徹底してます。
生テリーヌは杏仁風味のテリーヌ。
"賞味期限5分"の謳い文句が面白い。
口当たりがしっとりかつ滑らかです(*^^*)
非加熱、卵や乳製品は不使用。
頂点にはクコの実。
隠し味として洋酒で香りをつけているようです✨
チョコバナナミルクの方は甘味料不使用。
ミルクはオーツミルクが使われてます。
独特な味わい。
夜23時までやってるカフェはなかなか無いので
遅い時間での利用先としては重宝しそう。
次はパンケーキ狙いですかね。
