店内は空いており、他に4人ほどの女性客が一組。
丁寧に応対して頂きました。
鶏ハムのグリーンサラダと、米粉の抹茶パンケーキを注文。
パンケーキは40分程かかりますといわれましたが、実際は20-25分程でした。
サラダはキュウリやパプリカ、ブロッコリースプラウト、コーンなどなど、様々な新鮮な野菜が使われて見た目にも鮮やか。鶏ハムはしっとり、柔らかく仕上がって鶏の旨味も抜群。オリーブオイルのドレッシングが食欲をそそります。
パンケーキは甘さ控えめのもちもち、ふっかりしたパンケーキです。抹茶の香りが濃く、付属のクリームは豆乳くりなのかあっさり頂けます。黒蜜は良く煮詰まって粘度高め、ちょっとかけるだけでもコクのある甘みが追加されます。
ごちそうさまでした。他の季節のパンケーキも行ってみたいです。
