人形町駅から歩いて2,3分の場所にあります。
今回はUber Eatsでの利用。
平日13時前頃に以下を注文しました。
✔︎特製上ロース弁当（3000円）
上ロースが3枚、下にはそぼろが敷き詰められてます。
1/5ほどは豆もやしが入ってます。
下手に惣菜を入れられて傘増しされるよりは
これぐらいシンプルで直球な弁当の方が嬉しいです◎
上ロースは掛け布団のような大判ロースです。
ほのかに赤みがかったレアな焼き加減。
舌と同化するかのようなねっとりとした食感。
とても柔らかく美味しいです♫
下に敷いてあるそぼろも美味しい。
味付けがしっかりしているのでご飯やもやしと合う。
肉のレベルが高く3000円出した甲斐があった✨
ちょっと高めではありますがね(^◇^;)
ここは蝦夷鹿のジビエ焼肉も推しているようです。
近所なのでお店にも足を運びたい。
