全く知らないお店でした。
知人がこちらのお店によく伺うとの事でお供させて頂きました。
お店の営業形態としてはジビエ居酒屋といった感じでしょうか。ジビエといえばフレンチでしたかほぼ頂いた事がなかったですが思っていた以上にかなり美味い。
もの凄い数のメニューで選ぶのにめちゃくちゃ迷う。全部制覇したい。焼きっぱなしの肉よりかは加工した物や鍋系がかなりオススメ。
値段もリーズナブルで近くにあったらめっちゃ通いたい。
そして驚愕なのが料理出しの速さ。調理はご主人１人でやってますが100種類以上はあろうかというアラカルトメニューを円滑に提供出来るのは色々な店を見てるだけに本当に凄いと思った。ご同行して頂いた方と鎌倉のある店の話になったのですがそこはフレンチでコースだけの店なのに料理出しが異常なほど遅くて料理内容を踏まえでもなんであんなに遅いのか謎過ぎでした。
まだまだ自分の知らない良い店がたくさんあると感じました。
また機会があれば伺いたいです。
