厚切りなので,お肉のうま味・噛み応え・赤身と脂身のバランスに炭火の風味が大変よくブレンドされていて絶品。 イタ飯,焼肉,和食に捉われずお肉そのものをどのように美味く喰はすかの一つの解がここにある気がします。
副菜に季節の野菜と,特製粒コショー,マスタード,塩(マルゾン)を添えてくれるのがまたうれし。

伊・日の小麦粉をマスター秘伝の配分と発酵法でつくられたピザ生地は,耳カリ・底モチ。
どこか和風麺づくり職人さんのこだわりである,生地の甘み・コシ・とろみを感じます。
イタリア・ノルチャ生ハムの塩気と半熟玉子の甘みがなんとも言えないうま味として舌を躍らせます。
マスター特製辛味オイル(ラー油?)は,澄んだオイルの味と後からぐっと追いかけてくる辛味が特徴。お好みでピザに絡ませると生地(麺)の甘みと辣油の味変が楽しめます。
