絶品の生姜焼き、フライ系も美味しい！
本日のランチは人形町にある「多良々」さんを初訪問。マイレビュアーさんから、こちらのお店が個人的に大好きだった八重洲の「とよだ」さんの姉妹店だと知る。再開発でとよださんが閉店した中、早速ランチで伺う。
とよださんでは良く生姜焼きを食べていたので、メニューから「アジフライと豚肩ロースの生姜焼き定食」を注文する。そう、そう、この大きな生姜焼き！と懐かしく、変わらずナイフとフォーク付きで配膳されるランチ。
甘辛のタレで豚肩ロースを香ばしく焼いた生姜焼き。一口食べると生姜の良い香りが口に中に広がり、ロースも柔らかく、これは素直に美味しい逸品。ご飯との相性も言うことなし。
アジフライは小ぶりな大きさなのが2枚。こちらはソースと付け合わせのタルタルソースで頂く。思った以上に身がふっくらしており、外はサクサクの嬉しいおかず。生姜焼きも含め、おかずが良いとご飯が美味しいし、すすむ。
お味噌汁、付け合わせのポテトサラダ、焼き鮭に大根おろしなど、どれも丁寧に調理されている。お気に入りのとよださんを再訪した気分になり、これから夜も含め足繁く通うことになりそう。次回の訪問が楽しみである。

For today's lunch, I visited my favorite "Tara" in Ningyocho. When I visited previously, I was told that Oyster had not yet arrived because they had not grown large, but fried Oyster are finally on the menu! I ordered the ``Ginger-grilled set meal of fried Oyster and pork shoulder loin''. A set meal was served shortly after. Oyster are from Sanriku Hirota Bay, and from the looks of it, they are thick and large. No, it's a stupid level. First bite with sauce and tartar. It was crisp, and I found the mineral feel and texture to be wonderful. By far the best fried Oyster, I have nothing but gratitude for this. The ginger-fried pork shoulder loin is a delicious dish that goes well with rice as usual. As usual, cut into bite-sized pieces using a knife and fork. Yes, it's a delicious side dish with a sweet and spicy sauce and a hint of ginger. It was a satisfying lunch with fried Oyster and grilled ginger. As I feel every time, Tarara-san carefully prepares everything from the small side dishes to Small dish and soup. Well, I'm not sure about it next time, but I have a feeling I'll order the fried Oyster again. I'm looking forward to visiting again.
