【場所】
人形町交差点から人形町通りを北上しまして、堀留町交差点の1つ手前を左に曲がります。
しばし進みますと、角にお店はあります。
お隣の地下にはまんまるハンバーグの周さんがあります。向かいにはスペインバルのラ・コシーナ・デ・ガストンさんがあります。
【店舗、店内】
ランチ時にこの通りを通っているとビラを配っておりました。
2018年11月よりランチ営業を始められたとのこと。
生憎この日はランチ後に通りましたので、後日訪れてみました。
店内に入りますと中央にコの字のカウンター席があり、後は壁沿いと入り口入って右手にカウンター席があります。
厨房は店内左手奥になりますが、それほど厨房は広くないと思われます。
夜は立ち飲みバルと言った雰囲気らしく、日本酒やワインがたくさんあるとのことでした。
【料理】
ランチメニューは2種類のみ。
〇豚の角煮丼
〇海鮮丼 いずれも千円です。
海鮮丼をお願いしました。
程なくして、海鮮丼の登場です。
ご飯の上に、刻み海苔、シラスが乗っており、丼中央部分にいろいろな魚の切り身が入っています。さらにイクラを散らしており、見た目も鮮やかな海鮮丼ですね。
こちらは別皿のうに、卵黄、山葵が入ったものに煮切醤油を混ぜて、丼の上から掛けてくださいとのこと。煮切醤油は多めに入れたほうが良いと思います。
魚は仕入れ状況によって何が入るのか変わるらしいのですが、この日はイシダイ、アジ、ほうぼう、鮪なぎとろ、いくらなど具だくさんですね。
見た目も良いし、アイデアも面白いし、ボリュームもしっかりありますので男性でも足りますよ。

温かいお茶が出てきます。
【サービス】
ホールは男性スタッフ1名、厨房は見えませんが、女性の声がしたので女性スタッフ1名の計2名体制でした。
この名もなき酒場さんは、お近くの堀留児童公園脇にある日本酒の魚枡 人形町店さんの系列になるとのこと。
魚もそこのものを使用しているらしく、間違いないと思われます。
ただ、立地がね。飲食店不毛の地、堀留町ですからね。集客にはご苦労されると思います。
