It was a sake party that day! Here is the restaurant! "Namonaki Sakaba" The restaurant was located about 5 minutes from Ningyocho Station. The main part of the restaurant is the counter. The refrigerator was full of sake!! You can choose a brand to drink, but I decided to tell them my favorite taste and have them recommend it. Shiroko likes fruity sake! I told them and we toasted♪ NO6 S-type NO6 is delicious!! It goes well with food, so it's one of my favorite brands. Three-piece fresh fish platter The platter that day was tuna, bonito leaf, and Japanese sardine. It seems to be fresh fish caught at Shimane Hamada Fishing Port. It's nice that the meat is thickly sliced! It was my first time eating Japanese sardine, but it seems to be a type of parrotfish. High-sugar tomatoes This is eaten with olive oil and salt. Many high-sugar tomatoes are too sweet and lose the tomato flavor, but this one had a sweet taste while still retaining the umami of the tomato. Shiroko's favorite is to eat it with salt! Juyondai Chotoku There are many kinds of Juyondai, but this is my first time trying the Chotoku! It has a fruity taste but a clean aftertaste, and it went perfectly with the food! Tenmei This is a sake from Fukushima Prefecture, and it is a special product that is only sold once every four years. Fried Skewers kelp with roe The kelp roe is very thick! They use A-ranked products for the kelp roe. This is the first time I've had kelp with roe that has such firm eggs on it! The crispy batter and the tartar sauce were just right and it was delicious! Rolled egg It was a rolled egg with a strong dashi flavor. Denshu Junmai Daiginjo Denshu is one of my favorite brands! It's a delicious sake that goes well with food! Grilled Angus Oyster skirt steak The sweet sauce is addictive! The skirt steak was soft and easy to eat. Mackerel and Hiroshima oyster oil sardines The smoky aroma was great and it was delicious! The mackerel was plump. Oyster were also packed with flavor. Stir-fried squid liver with butter The aroma of butter liver is appetizing!! The squid was also soft and delicious. This flavor goes well with sake... NO6 X-type This is a different type from the NO6 we tried first. This was also delicious and went perfectly with the food! They stock a wide variety of sake, including rare brands of sake, as well as seasonal and commemorative sakes. They are confident that sake lovers will not get bored even if they come multiple times! That's what they say. It was a shop that sake lovers will love. The staff are sommeliers, so it seems like it would be more fun to ask them for their recommendations and drink from them♪ Check out Shiroko's blog here♪ http://kapilog.yutabi.net/
