「ブルーノート・ジャパンが提案する本物志向の音楽・食・空間と、浜町の街・人・歴史を融合させた地元密着型のダイニング」とのことで、やはりBGMはジャズ。17:00mに入店すると、ユッコ・ミラーのアニメ曲カバーなどがしっかり大きめの音量でかかっていた。「SESSiONコース」前菜からお魚、お肉のフルコース料理 全5品、5,300円税サ込をいただく。ワインは今週のおすすめの白ワイン、キュヴェ・ヴァイス2021（ドイツ）。微発泡で特徴的な味。もう一杯、オレンジワイン。ジンジャー2021 レ・カーヴ・カテドラル・デュ・マス・テオ（フランス）。
