The chicken we use for our Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is Fukushima brand "Date chicken." It is soft yet elastic and has a crunchy texture. The homemade sauce is light and smooth, and the salt used is rock salt. We have a lineup of 19 types of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) each of which is carefully grilled over Bincho charcoal. In addition to chicken, we also offer lily buds called ``golden needles'', ``seasonal vegetable skewers'' made with seasonal vegetables, and ``grilled cheese'' with an irresistible charred and chewy texture.◎

Our store is located in a detached house in a narrow back alley, 3 minutes walk from Ningyocho Station. The restaurant has a relaxing space with 8 counter seats and one table. Also, since the kitchen is open, you can sit at the counter and enjoy grilling over Bincho charcoal while waiting for your drinks.Table seats are also recommended for after-work parties and entertaining. The cozy atmosphere of the couple-run restaurant allows you to see what's going on inside the store from outside, so please feel free to stop by even if you're alone.
We are takeaway only during the day, and open as usual at night.
