ランチの店内飲食が復活したとの情報から訪問。
でも、カウンター席を間引いての営業と、密を避ける努力をされての営業は大変そうでした。
また、夜の営業再開は未定との事。
数ある人形町の焼き鳥の銘店の中、こちらの完全復活はもう少し先の事になりそうです。
・ももふく鳥重（鳥重・ぬか漬け・鳥スープ） 900円（税込み）
左半分は「鳥そぼろご飯」！
これ大好き委なんですよ♪
右側には「ねぎま」「ささみ」「つくね」「シシトウ」。
串でタレに浸けながら丹念に焼き上げた後、串から抜いてご飯に乗せるスタイルです。
ご飯は少なめで頼みましたが、大盛りや特盛りも出来るようです。
あ～、焼きたての香ばしい香りがタマリマへん(▼∀▼)

これで900円は、かなりお得ですわ。
お店はご家族で経営なのかな？
おやぢさんが焼いて、息子君がご飯をよそって、お母さんがオーダー、配膳、お会計。
席を間引いているし、お客さんが帰った後は丁寧に消毒もされてました。
こちらのような、コロナ禍の中でも真面目に一生懸命に取り組む姿にはとても好感が持てます。
ご馳走様でした、又、来ます。
