人形町でタンを食べるならここ。厚切りもあれば薄切りもあってすごく美味しい。そしてホスピタリティがとても高いので雰囲気も良いです。ただ予約必須。平日夜も満席が続きます。全席禁煙で外にも喫煙スペースは無いです。
最近ランチをやめて夜に力を入れているのと噂を確かめに伺いました。
結論から言うと、確実にグレードアップしています。
