The small gyoza that maikos love, with crispy skin and juicy filling, is the taste of Infantry. We have been continuously selected as a "Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand" since 2017, so please enjoy our proud taste. For lunch, we offer set meals that allow you to enjoy Gyoza / Dumpling, as well as original set meals from the Higashi Nihonbashi store. Please feel free to enjoy Infantry's Gyoza / Dumpling. [Secret fried chicken] We also have obanzai that is only available at the Higashi Nihonbashi store. We recommend it. [Infantry Higashi Nihonbashi store only] We have started a local sake and shochu menu. We offer them as a drink to go with gyoza. Please try them! [Terrace seats available] You can enjoy your meal at your leisure on the large terrace seats surrounded by tents. *We may not open the terrace due to circumstances such as the outside temperature and weather. [Every day: Lunch is also available] The set menu comes with rice, soup, salad, and pickles. Large servings of rice are free! There are two types of infantry Gyoza / Dumpling. We offer the standard chive-garlic ``gyoza'' and the ginger-flavored ``ginger gyoza'' that does not use chive-garlic.

The Gion main store has been listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand for three consecutive years. Our ``Higashi Nihombashi Store'' is our 4th store following Gion (Kyoto), Ginza (Tokyo), and Ebisu (Tokyo)
