いやはや、残暑ってレベルじゃないですよね
クラクラする猛暑のなか
食べたくなるのは東南アジア系
偶然通りかかったのはこちら
ランチ15時までと
不規則な私にはありがたい
外からは想像出来ない
結構な大箱店
面白いのはロフトも設えられており
個室感も演出
ブンチャーでもあればなぁと
ランチメニューを眺めると
なんと！なんと！！
揚げ豆腐蝦味噌ビーフンなるものが！！！
写真を見ると灰色のつけ汁
これは蝦醤に間違いない！
廣東話で「はーちょん」と云って
蝦を発酵させて作る臭旨調味料
私の大好物なのです
所謂、蝦醤米線油豆腐ですね
大興奮して註文
そしたらシェフが出て来て
「エビミソダイジョウブデスカ？」
「大好きなんです！」
シェフ満面の笑みで帰る

素晴らしい〜〜
蝦醤の素晴らしい香りが立ち昇りうっとり
越南菜らしく野菜もたくさんあって嬉しい
米線もたっぷり
チャーゾー（揚げ春巻き）、蝦、家鴨
も載っかってお得感満載
蝦醤は延ばされているとは言え
しょっぱさはかなりのものなので
米線を少しずつつけて
そこに野菜や具材を投入
卓上のニンニク酢をあわせていただくと
豊かな蝦醤の香りが引きたって
もう最高〜〜〜！
そうそう、ランチタイムには
ベトナムレモンティーが一杯
オマケで付いてくるんですが
これが清涼感たぷっりでウマウマ
夜のメニューには
臓物系の品々が並び
焼あひるなど魅惑的な１品も！
今迄行った事ある越南菜のお店とは
ちょっと変わったラインナップ
最近増えてきた
ベトナムの人達の為のお店なのかも
イイお店に巡り逢えました！
次回は鷄タマリンドライスか
