An Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with a striking blue exterior wall near Meijiza. The daily special I was looking for was sold out, so I was wondering what to order when I saw the seasonal menu and was told it would be bamboo shoot rice and bamboo shoot Tempura. I made bamboo shoot rice three days ago, but I made a mistake in the amount of water and it turned out to be very hard... Well, when I put the uncooked bamboo shoot rice in a steamer, it surprisingly revived my trauma in a timely manner, like a comeback. I have it. Although it was a nuisance to my family, I wanted to get some revenge for the bamboo shoots by myself, so I ordered the sashimi and mixed rice set meal @980 yen. 14 minutes of waiting. There are seats on the first floor and on the second floor, and although there is sufficient capacity, there are not many staff members, so it feels like the restaurant is not fully occupied. Well, I guess 14 minutes is just about safe. There is a wide variety of sashimi, Small dish of tofu, and kinpira, and the prices are quite reasonable. And the revenge bamboo shoot rice was even more delicious than at home, and I successfully sublimated this year's bamboo shoot rice ^^
