人形町に住んでいる友人の勧めで2人で訪問しました。
人形町から徒歩2分ほどの場所にありました。
お昼はうどん屋さん、夜は和食居酒屋として営業しているお店だそうです。
この日は胃腸が疲れていたのですが、まさにこういうお料理が食べたかった！というお品書き。
店内も明るく綺麗でほっこりするような居心地の良さがあり、家の近所にあったら嬉しいお店だなと思いました。
人形町の街にぴったりの落ち着いた良いお店でした。
注文したメニューは以下の通りです。
ちょっと贅沢な家庭料理のような、懐かしさもあるお品書きの中から、ワクワクしながら選びました。
まずはお通し。
ポテサラと白和えからスタートです。
前菜5種盛り合わせ
・いぶりがっこチーズ
・生ハムオイル漬け
・市田柿のバターサンド
・梅水晶
・浅漬け
雲丹と湯葉のミルフィーユ
→甘くまろやかな上質な雲丹と湯葉の組み合わせ。
エビフライ特製タルタル
→衣が軽くサクッと揚げられたエビフライに、特製タルタルが絶品でした。タルタルをたっぷりつけて頂くのがオススメです。
焼き茄子と黒毛和牛の牛しゃぶサラダ
→焼き茄子が香ばしく夏っぽいさっぱりとした一品です。
すごいサバ文化干し
→肉厚でふっくらとした大きなサバで、脂と塩気のバランスが絶妙です。 ジューシーで最高でした。
ざるうどん
→モチモチツルツルの麺です。
さすがうどん専門店です。喉越しもよく、〆に美味しいうどんを頂けるのは幸せでした。
お酒は生ビールとおむすびサワー（米焼酎の梅干しソーダ割り）、日本酒をグラスで頂いて、1人5000円ほどというコスパの良さにも驚きでした。
街の雰囲気や、お店の雰囲気、お料理、全てがマッチしておりよく素敵な時間を過ごしました。
お店の方の対応もみなさん笑顔で居心地が良いお店です。
また訪問したいと思います。
