お魚、お肉、お野菜の三種から選ぶことが出来ます。
どれも全て1,000円
今回は野菜ランチの
山芋と空豆の包み蒸し、豆乳スープ仕立て
待つ事8分で出てきます。
まず配膳をみてびっくり。
このボリュームで千円？
なんて安いの！！
と、内心感激。
そしてメインの山芋と空豆を揚げさんで包んだ料理。
ランチで軽く頂く品じゃない！
はじめて見ました。
すりおろした空豆と、山芋はところどころ固形のままの、ごろっと感もありつつ、揚げさんと一緒に頂くと
ふんわり空豆の香りと、山芋の食感。
何で味付けしているんだろう。
家で真似したくなりますね。
添え物も、茶碗蒸しや、煮凝り、ピリ辛餡掛け。
すごい凝ってる！
これで千円。
久しぶりにランチで衝撃受けました。
それに、野菜メインで頼める日替わりランチ
って、それだけで嬉しすぎる。
お隣は、井雪さんの愛弟子川田さんのお店でして
このビルの地下はすごい！！
