We are particular about the ingredients used to make our delicious and reasonably priced Grilled skewer meat we use is purchased early in the morning and served the same day. Our specialty menu is the young grilled liver and heart, which is only possible because they are fresh! Liver has no odor and is easy to eat even for people who don't like liver, so we recommend it.Other popular dishes include ``Motsu Nikomi'', which is simmered for 10 hours, ``Jidori Tataki'', which uses Daisen chicken, and ``Potato Salad''. Please enjoy snacks with excellent value for money along with alcohol.
