"Manzo" means "beef" and "Vino" means "wine" in Italian. The chef personally selected the finest A5 rank Japanese black beef, and ELEZO's 3-year-old Ezo deer Yakiniku (Grilled meat). The meat of Ezo deer is extremely soft, flavorful, and has a very refined aroma.
