The specialty of the restaurant, "Oden," is made with a soup stock that the owner has devised to match the restaurant's wine. By incorporating the essence of Shizuoka Oden, which involves adding more and more dashi stock, we have created an original soup stock that is able to express the gentle umami of "Japanese" flavor, but also the multi-layered umami of the ingredients. Please enjoy the marriage unique to our restaurant, combining the ``umami'' of natural wine and the ``umami'' of oden. Enjoy cold oden in summer◎
DrinkA natural wine specialty store with no wine list.
All of our wines are "natural wines" only. We select products that match our cuisine, mainly from France and Japan, and we keep 150 to 200 bottles carefully stored in our cellar at any given time. We do not have a wine list. The owner will personally consult with you, depending on your mood, preferences, and budget. Of course, in addition to bottles, we also have about 5 types of glasses available, so even one person can feel free to enjoy them.
