味噌ダレの主張が激しすぎる。肉の質はいいのにもったいない。
肉は柔らかいものの旨みに欠ける気がする
塩でもタレでも思ったので花粉症の影響で味覚が多少落ちているのかもしれないが、タレの味も自分の好みとは少し違ったので残念だった
