[Tokyo] 2 minutes walk from A1 exit of Ningyocho station ``Miso sauce Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and rice Tareyama'' Opened in March last year It seems that we had too high expectations because we heard that it is a sister restaurant of Nikuyama, which is a hot topic when we can't get reservations.

(2024.02.18) Yesterday, when I was shopping at a Side Dishes store in Ningyocho Imahan, I found a store called “Tareyama” that said “miso sauce Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and rice”… It was fully booked in Kichijoji. I heard that it is a sister restaurant to the restaurant ``Nikuyama'', so I stopped by right away.Since I had made a reservation for 5:30 pm, there was only one other group of customers, but there was a table for 4 people. I felt cramped inside the restaurant, which had two tables for two people each, so I got a seat on the second floor...but I had to go up and down the stairs, which were so steep and narrow that I almost lost my footing. I'm humbled by the staff who served me with a smile even though I was a selfish person.First of all, I ordered ``boiled tongue'' and ``assorted kimchi'' unless a friend requested it. It was "boiled tongue" that I would never have eaten, but perhaps it was my intuition as a foodie, and it was really delicious...I could taste the kimchi with just the right amount of salt and the flavor of chili pepper. The tongue was cut into a thick layer with beautiful marbling without being ashamed of being "high quality," but unfortunately, the flavor wasn't brought out because there wasn't much salt sprinkled on it. Next was the "lean top loin", "top ribs", and "middle ribs"...I could have chosen "salt", but I would have it with the restaurant's signature "miso sauce". Not only that, but the dipping sauce was miso-flavored, so I thought the overall sweetness was superior...I enjoyed it just with the chive sauce, which was recommended to be enjoyed with miso sauce. I wonder if the heat of the stove is kept low because it's likely to cause Yakiniku (Grilled meat)...Even though it's a tabletop stove, which I think is the best way to grill yakiniku, I was stressed because I couldn't get the aromatic flavor on the surface. I also had some white rice, but even though it was advertised as ``miso sauce Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and rice,'' I didn't feel like they were particular about it, and I enjoyed the taste of the sauce that came from bouncing the grilled meat... The ` Cold Noodles'' I ordered were reminiscent of Morioka Cold Noodles, and I was able to enjoy the firm texture of the noodles and the sweetness of the beef bone soup with a strong umami flavor.
