人形町交差点に先月できた「ハシゴ楼」！5階まで1フロア辺り3〜4軒の飲み屋さんが、緩めな区分けで配置されているため、まさにハシゴ天国！全店キャッシュレス対応なので、ご注意！
初来訪の1軒目は、家内と5階のこちらへ！エレベーターから一番奥まって入るが、明るく開放的で入りやすい雰囲気！オーダーは、LINEを活用した非接触対応
で、簡単かつ誤オーダーが回避できるので好感触！
まずは、瓶ビールで乾杯したが、フードをオーダーしているうちに、やはりワインが飲みたくなる。ワインは、赤白、スパークリングなどのジャンル毎に、概ね600〜1500円くらいの幅で3段階あるので、懐に応じて調整弁の役割を果たせる！
ハシゴ気分満々のため、抑えめに、パテと貝のワイン蒸し、チキンのグリルの三品をオーダー。イチオシは京丹波黒鶏モモのポワレ！日の入りが絶妙なモモ肉に、レモンと塩麹のソースは、グッドマッチ！料理のクオリティーはしっかりしており、この味につられて高めのワインをオーダーしたため、1軒目としては気軽な雰囲気に反して、2人で1万円オーバーに！でも、久々のフレンチビストロ飲みに大満足して、次の店に！
