長崎松浦のアジと地酒
系列の四ツ谷のお店が美味しかったので、こちらも来店。
場所は人形町駅の交差点に新しく出来た「ハシゴ楼」というビル内。
5階建てのフロアにはジャンル様々な呑み処が集まっていて、名前の通りハシゴで飲み渡れる。楽しすぎる♪
お目当てのまうまうさんは4階。
オーナーさんがアジフライで有名な長崎県松浦市の出身ということで、アジフライとアジのお刺身を。
これ、絶品！
アジフライは肉厚ジューシーな身に、サクサクの衣。
お刺身は全く臭みがなくて、身がしっかりしまっている感じ。
さすが水揚げ量トップの松浦のアジ( ∗︎°⌓︎°∗︎ )♡︎
暑かったので壱岐の冷やしトマトも注文。
旨みがギュッと詰まってて美味しい♪
四ツ谷のまうまうさんで食べた分厚いハムカツも、美味しさ健在。
ビル自体まだまだ出来て間もないので穴場。オススメ♪
今回は日曜のランチタイムにふらっと。

今回はジン３種とクラフトチューハイなど。
お酒はどれも美味しい◎
肉汁溢れる壱岐牛のメンチカツと、壱岐直送のタコブツも美味でした♪♪
