I visited a bar in Ningyocho with Tsure who came to Tokyo. I often go to Ningyocho, but I didn't know there was a space like this. There are several open spaces and small shops on each floor. I looked around the store while getting off the 5th floor and decided on this one. I traveled to Nagasaki before and there were some nostalgic menu items there. For drinks, I had beer and I had summer mandarin squash or something. First up is Unzen ham. This is Tsure's favorite food. Mayo is often used and it is delicious. Then Hatoshi. I had it for the first time on a trip to Nagasaki, and I only remember how delicious it was, and I wondered what it was like. That's what it felt like. It's different from what I ate in Nagasaki, but I think it was a creative menu with sweet chili. Then I had butter-fried squid squid, which was a stable snack. As a finishing touch, I made soba noodles with chinese soup stock. The noodles are the ones used in Champon and are a little soft. Above all, the chin soup stock was very delicious. I thought it was a space where drinkers could enjoy a wide range of restaurant choices.
