On the night of my first business trip to Tokyo in a few months, I happened to stumble upon ``Hashigoro'' in Ningyocho.Although it's inside a building, it seems that various shops are open in an open area on the same floor, so it seems like you can get a little taste of Yokocho Kibun. I want to go there after looking at the information. and a visit. I was checking out several stores, but after looking through them, I decided on this one. I visited Nagasaki a few years ago and the menu was delicious. I arrived a little late, so I guess it was around that time.First, I had Iki's craft beer IPA, and my partner was I think it was "Tsubu Orange Mikan Juice". The appetizer is boiled peanuts. I don't usually eat peanuts, but when you boil them, the texture changes and it's delicious.I ordered the Unzen ham Steak Hatoshi, and the grilled squid with butter and soy sauce.Unzen ham is consistently delicious. It comes with mayonnaise, but it's quite delicious if you add a little bit of it. Hatoshi is a local gourmet dish that I was impressed with on my trip to Nagasaki. It's minced shrimp wrapped in white bread and fried. Served with sweet chili sauce. I guess it was a little oily. . . I ordered one more dish, the bigfin squid, and it was a snack that went well with the drinks. I really wanted to try the shime mackerel, but since my partner couldn't eat it, I thought it would be difficult for me to finish it all by myself, so I gave up. By the time you finish eating, how about some more carbohydrates? So, ``Adonashi Soba'' is a dish of Champon noodles served with agodashi soup. Typical of Nagasaki, it has pink naruto and kamaboko, and the rest is green onion. It's such a simple dish, but the soup is delicious! Why is agodashi so delicious? I always think that. It looks like you'll be sharing your seat with the restaurant next door, but if it's this close, it would be nice to be able to order from a variety of restaurants like a food court. That's what I thought, but I don't know if it actually worked because I haven't checked it. Order from the QR code on the table. I enjoyed a night in Ningyocho for the first time in a while.
