We offer original Edomae sushi made with sushi rice made with our unique blend of red vinegar at reasonable prices starting from 80 yen. Among them, we are particular about the natural raw bluefin tuna that we purchase from Yamayuki, an intermediary wholesaler at Toyosu Market who is known as a purveyor to famous restaurants. You can enjoy the tuna that even high-end restaurants use for 380 yen for lean meat, 480 yen for medium fatty tuna, and 580 yen for large fatty tuna. We also offer seasonal ingredients as ``Today's Recommended Nigiri'' at reasonable prices.

Our specialty boiled conger eel uses large, fatty conger eel weighing between 400g and 500g, carefully selected by the owner from all over the country. Due to its high freshness, it has a fluffy finish, making it an exquisite dish that will melt in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth. In addition, we have a wide variety of seafood snacks that go well with alcohol, and our ``Today's Recommended Snacks'' feature the most delicious Seafood of the season.

We always have 3 brands of sake to pair with sushi, 1 brand for hot sake, and 6 brands of seasonal sake that changes each season. In particular, the recommended sake listed on the blackboard inside the store includes rare brands that are hard to find, such as "Demonene", which has a refreshing taste with a slight sourness. We also have a carefully selected lineup of Ebisu draft beer and bottled beer, including the popular Sapporo Lager beer commonly known as ``Akaboshi'', various types of Chuhai (Shochu cocktail), barley shochu, and potato shochu.
