ふとお店の前を通ると、
営業している。にぎわっている。
1番手前のテラス席？が

電話予約しようとしましたが、予約で埋まっているとの事。
ネットを確認した所、2週目からは先着で入れるとの事。
20:20頃にお店に到着。
列が見当たらなかったので、店員さんに席が開くまで待ち...
なにを注文しても美味しくて感動しました！
メニューは意外と豊富にあります。
味付け、焼き方のおすすめ教えてくれます。
ただお店が狭く、隣の人との距離が近い。
支払い方法は現金のみ。
行くときは必ず常連の人と言っているので毎回恐ろしく美味しいメニューが出てくる。
逆に通常のメニューは食べたことがないのでそちらもぜひ試してみたい。

タン、レバー、ハラミ美味い。ハツモト ヤン は微妙。
手前の席は寒い。
平日16時予約入店。
ひたすら黙々と肉を喰らう感じ。
注文は基本おすすめでお願いしましたが
頼みすぎたのと、順番的に最後に脂多めの肉が提供されたのでちょいきつかったです
少しづつ食べられるのが、いい。
