この店は前のレヴュアー、”西麻布の・・”さんの仰る通り江戸前の握り寿司を期待して行くとちょっとがっかりさせられると思うけど、「美味しい魚をご飯と美味しい海苔と一緒に食べに行く」 目的なら申し分無い。
シャリには酢の香りが殆ど感じられず、多くのネタは炙られ、塩が軽く振り掛けられている。
煮きりや醤油は必要としない。
スタイルはお任せではなくある程度具体的にネタを指定する必要がある。
最初は美味しいところを少し切ってもらい、結果、くえ、つぶ貝、スモーク炙り鯖、鮪、スミイカ、カワハギの肝乗せが出される。足らなかったのでミル貝、ホッキ貝、ニシン等を指定すると牡丹海老の青い子がたっぷり乗ったものも出してくれた。
その後、握りに以降し、金目、太刀魚、キンキ（以上軽く炙り塩On)、ミノカサゴ、シシャモ（北海道産を炙り握りに海苔で固定）、蟹の内子の軍艦（初めて食べたけど少し味が濃いが美味しく頂きました）、雲丹を頂きお吸い物もいいタイミングで出てきます。
こちらでの注意点はクレジットカードが使えない事、プレミアムモルツが飲めない（ヱビスも無い）、トイレが和式である事か・・・
