光栄で大先生が連れてくれました。
来たら何故ワイン好きの先生が東京飲みにお勧め店の理由は良くわかりました。
一見シンプルな料理メニューだけどどれでもワインに合わせるちゃんとした料理です。
砂肝と生ハムのサラダ
ボリューム満点でさっぱりしてます。
フォワグラとドライイチジクのパテ
ちょっと大きなサイズ感。
ムース感覚なフォワグラと大粒ドライイチジクのコンビはいいです。
真鯛のポワレ
ちょうど良い焼き目でソースと絡めて白によく合います❣️
鴨のロース
何と6枚カット、ミックスキノコソース凄く香ばしく合う！付き合わせのポテトチーズ焼きも美味しいです。
食後に貴腐ワインとチェリータルトまで頂いて大変満足です。
