渋谷にある以前からずっと気になってたオーガニックカフェ。
BiOcafeさんへ。初訪問。
こちらのサラダビュッフェがついたヘルシーなランチが気になってたのやけど
キャロットケーキも提供されていると知って。
しかも11時から18時まではお得なケーキセットが楽しめるとのこと。
11時から楽しめるのは嬉しい！！
とランチタイムからカフェ利用。
お目当てはもちろんキャロットケーキ。
お供のドリンクが豆乳カフェオレやったり、LOWFATカフェオレやったり
とにかく健康的。
こういうカフェで低脂肪乳のカフェオレが選べるってなかなか無いよねぇ。嬉しい！
てことで、あったかいLOWFATのカフェオレを。
そしてお目当てのキャロットケーキ♡
四角い形をしたキャロットケーキ。
上にはたっぷりのココナッツパウダー！
キャロットケーキの生地は水分量多めでしっとりまったり。
繊維としての人参はあまり感じないけど
すり潰された人参がたっぷりなのが風味から分かるくらい人参感。
この人参の優しい甘さがじんわり身体に染み渡って最高に美味しい。
胡桃やレーズンの食感も楽しいなぁ。
ほんのり香るスパイス感も◎
ココナッツの粒々とした食感がこれまたいいアクセントに。
アーモンドクリームチーズを使った上層のフロスティングは
さっぱりとしてて甘さも控えめで、このキャロットケーキ生地との相性も抜群。
添えてある豆乳ホイップを少し付けて、味変も◎
優しい甘さにホッとするお味。
この美味しさと満足感でグルテンフリー！ヴィーガンなのは嬉しすぎるなぁ。
グルテンフリーなキャロットケーキ探してる！って方には是非ともおすすしたい！
またまた美味しいキャロットケーキに巡り会えて幸せ。
しかもこんな渋谷のど真ん中で！！
他にも生姜の豆乳ガトーショコラやったり、かぼちゃの豆腐ケーキやったり
