出先の桜ヶ丘で一仕事終え
学生時代に過ごした代官山も近いので そこでランチも悪くないなと思いましたが
相方が車を反対側の渋谷駅方向に出してしまったので
車窓から見えたエクセルホテルさんも近いなと
裏通りを通り駐車場にIN
お邪魔したのは 最上階にある こちらのダイニング
渋谷のホテルですと 最近は 同じ東急グループのセルリアンさんを利用することが
多くなったので エクセルさんは ずいぶん久しぶりかなと
エントランスを進むと 係りの方が迎えてくださり
窓際の渋谷が一望できる席へ案内してくださり
天気も良かったので溜息が出るような景色に目が釘付けの相方
今日は 男性社員とでしたが 女子と来れば 最高のランチタイムだったろうなと
声には出さないが 想いながら 供された冷たい水を一口
ランチの説明があり お願いしたのは お勧めいただいた
７０００円ほどのフルコース
僕は運転が無いので いつものようにグラスでワインを
相方は 申しわけないがペリエで我慢していただき
先ずはアントレに鯛のカルパッチョと玉葱のムース
2皿目はフォアグラのポワレ
続いてのポワソンはバターの香りが良い白身魚と帆立のソテー
ヴィアンドは牛ロースのグリル
ソースは赤ワインソースといたって スタンダードな料理が供され
デセール、コーヒーでフィニッシュ
ホテルのダイニングなので サービスに関しては問題なく丁寧で
高層ホテルの再受戒なので眺望も良好
料理、サービス、雰囲気、どれをとっても素晴らしいダイニングで
美味しい一時を楽しめました
