本日は渋谷エクセルホテル東急のレストラン【ア ビエント】さんで、旅行帰りの母とランチ。
マークシティ3Fからエレベーターで25Fへ。
ホテル最上階のフレンチダイニング。
クリスマス前なので、店頭に素敵なクリスマスツリーが飾ってありました。
アフタヌーンティー席の前を通ったのですが、そちらも眺めが良く素敵でした。
今回は一休さんより、Wハーフメインの全5品＋乾杯スパークリングのレディースコースを予約。
席についたあと、アレルギーの有無を聞かれたので答えたら、簡単にアレルギーのヒーリングシートを記入して欲しいとのことで記入しました。対応がしっかりとされていて、とても安心できました。
前菜は「ア ビエント特製の秋のメリメロサラダ」
ドレッシングが3種類から選べて、母はりんご、私はバルサミコ酢にしました。
カラフルでお花も散っていて、とても綺麗。
素敵な盛付けな上、サツマイモや椎茸、とびっこがのったカルパッチョも美味しかったです。
スープはカリフラワーのスープ。なめらかでほっとするお味でした。
お魚は3種類から選べました。
母は「太刀魚の炙り焼き」私は「鰹のミ キュイ」を選びました。
鰹のレア具合がおいしく、肉厚でした。
アンチョビのソース、好きなので嬉しかったです。
お肉は4種類から選べました。
母は「鶏胸肉のコルドンブルー」私は「ポークスペアリブ」にしました。
ポークスペアリブ、ナイフに力を入れなくてもホロッととれて、ほんと柔らかく煮込まれていておいしー！
カシス風味のソースも濃厚で美味しかった。
まわりのベーコンや甘い玉ねぎ、つけあわせのインゲンも美味しかったです。
食後のドリンクは紅茶にしました。
デザートは密の濃いお芋とアイスクリームとホロホロクッキー。
密が甘く、ほんとおいしいサツマイモでした。
ホロホロのクッキーにアイスクリームをつけて食べたり、最後までとても美味しかったです。
どのお料理もおいしくて、スタッフの方もとても丁寧で心地良く過ごせました。
