渋谷で最も本格的で現実的なフレンチ
いつもパンばかり購入して上階のレストランは初訪問でした。
日曜夜に予約無しで訪問すると開店時に3組ほどが待っていました。
べビ連れで伺いましたが、店内は重厚感がありかなりシックな雰囲気。
夜は少しハードルが高そうですが一応子連れOKだそうです。
黒板メニューと魚介は食材から選ぶかなり本格的なスタイル。
フレンチの定番のステーキと鴨のコンフィを注文しました。
前菜は3種の盛り合わせにしましたがどれも凄く本場の風味。
定番の人参のラペはオレンジの風味が感じられて爽やかな仕上がり。
根セロリはマヨネーズ調のドレッシングでフランス定番のお味。
野菜のグリルはギリシャ風とありましたが普通のオイルマリネでした。
子牛のステーキは完璧な火加減で柔らかくて甘みのある肉質。
鴨のコンフィもしっかりとホロホロになるまで火が入れてあります。
どちらも渋谷エリアで現実的な価格で食べられるフレンチではピカイチ。
ちょっと割高に感じますが、同じ品質なら他店だと3割増しでしょう。
このクオリティであれば納得感のあるお料理だと思いました。

This is a restaurant that you can feel free to bring your children to when you want to enjoy some delicious French cuisine. This time, I used it as a family to celebrate my child's graduation from kindergarten. It was a la carte, but I ordered a salad, choucroute, and pâté. The salad was topped with plenty of luxuriously smoked salmon fillets, and I wondered how the patty was made to be so plump and dense, giving it a filling and meaty texture. Choucroute was still a masterpiece that took a lot of time to prepare each part of the calf and processed meat, and then adjust the flavor at the end. At first I was recommended white asparagus, but this time I passed. However, in hindsight, I realized that the reason I eat seasonal ingredients is because restaurants that can procure the ingredients properly and prepare the dishes with the skills they need to produce sauces that I can confidently recommend. Please enjoy it. I understood that this was the message. Although it seems like it can be found anywhere and anyone can make it, the great thing about Villon is that it can be made into extremely sophisticated dishes using advanced techniques. This is a store you can really trust. I will continue to use them in the future.
