ディナーでの利用
ご主人の方針で料理の写真は載せないで個人で楽しんでくださいとのこと。
なので気になる人は実際に行ってみて。
日本酒好きなら後悔はしませんよ、きっと。
少量のつまみが複数出てきて、
各自日本酒用と水用のグラス２つセットで準備されてます。
グラスを水ですすぎながら、順番に回ってくる様々な一升瓶の日本酒を好きなだけ飲むという斬新なシステム。
いくら飲んでも料金は変わりません（笑）
おつまみの内容は以下
・貝鍋 （青森県産ホタテ、天然ハマグリ）
・魚介の出汁で煮た大根 （味しみてて美味い）
・伊豆下田の鮑 （下に肝と根昆布、いくらが隠れてる）
・釧路産姫だら一夜干し （自家製）
・大分豊後水道のサワラ 軽くスモーク （これも自家製）
・淡路島の夏の磯ウニ
・鵡川の本シシャモの稚魚の焼き物、淡路島天然アナゴの一夜干し （自家製）、四万十川天然ウナギの肝の塩辛
・伊豆下田の本鮪の中落ち
・千葉産のコチをしゃぶしゃぶで
・石川県能登の姫のどぐろ一夜干し （一口大のご飯と一緒に）
素材の良さを邪魔しない上品な味付けで、
それでいてつまみには適してて。
自家製の一夜干しはどれも絶品でした。
