スタッフは頑張ってる雰囲気ですが、色々と残念になっていた。
蕎麦は前回よりコシがあって少し美味しく頂きました。

"Hegi Soba" is Local Cuisine that originated in the Uonuma region of Niigata. Our store has 4 restaurant in Tokyo (Nakameguro store, Yotsuya store, Roppongi store, and Shibuya store). At Tokyo Hegi Soba Takumi, we serve freshly made soba noodles directly from the production area every day. The soup is Kanto-style, with a slightly dark and strong flavor.
