ツルツルでのど越し良くとてもおいしい
金曜夜なので店内は満席
昔新潟に住んでおり久々のへぎそば、油揚げを楽しみましたー
おつまみもへぎそばも期待通り美味しかったんですが、満席で仕方なかったことながら注文が厨房にきちんと通ってなかったりしていて残念でした。

At Tokyo Hegi Soba Takumi, we serve freshly made soba noodles directly from the production area every day. The soup is Kanto-style, with a slightly dark and strong flavor.
